1. Subject of the Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RGDesign platform ("Service"), available at rgdesign.app and app.rgdesign.app, operated by the RGDesign team ("Operator", "we", "us").
RGDesign provides an AI-assisted design tool for creating, refining, and visualizing rhythmic gymnastics leotard concepts on specialized front-and-back templates and 3D previews.
RGDesign creates digital design concepts only and does not provide physical manufacturing, tailoring, fabric sourcing, or pattern-making services.
By signing in to the Service using your Google Account, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account and Security
Access to the Service workspace is provided exclusively through Google Single Sign-On (Google OAuth).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account and for all activities and generations performed in the Service under your profile.
3. Pricing, Generations, Collection Slots, and Refunds
The Service operates on a hybrid model featuring free initial allowances and paid add-ons:
- Free Generations: Every new user receives 3 free lifetime successful generations (base generation and canvas refinement share this allowance). Failed AI operations do not consume free attempts. You also receive 10 free permanent collection slots and 1 free initial 3D preview per unique design fingerprint.
- Paid Generation Credits: Additional generation credits are purchased in packs via Stripe. Purchased credits are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of the latest verified purchase. Buying an additional credit pack before expiration extends all remaining credits by another 30 days. After 30 days without a purchase, unused credits expire without recovery or compensation. 3D preview regenerations consume 1 generation credit.
- Permanent Collection Slots Unlock: Users can purchase a permanent unlock of +100 collection slots (110 total slots). This is a one-time purchase that never expires.
- Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the services and immediate provisioning of AI compute resources, all purchases of credit packs and collection slots are non-refundable, except in cases of verified technical failures on our side that prevented service delivery.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you must not:
- Prohibited Content: Generate illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit, harmful, or copyright-infringing content, or upload reference images that infringe third-party rights or privacy.
- Automated Access: Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or interact with the Service outside the standard user interface.
- Infrastructure Abuse: Attempt to probe, compromise, overload, or disrupt the security and reliability of the Service infrastructure.
5. Intellectual Property and AI Output
All software code, user interface designs, mannequin templates, algorithms, branding, and trademarks of RGDesign belong exclusively to the Operator.
Rights in your generated design concepts belong to you to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the underlying AI generation models (Google Gemini).
You acknowledge that designs are generated by probabilistic machine learning models and may contain visual artifacts or variations.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that generated concepts will satisfy subjective artistic expectations or comply with specific competition federation regulations without manual adaptation by a designer or tailor.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from the use or unavailability of the Service.

1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy describes how user data is collected, processed, and protected when using the RGDesign service ("Service"), operated by the RGDesign team ("Operator").
2. Data We Collect
- Email and Google ID: Received via Google OAuth solely to create and authenticate your account. We never request or store passwords or private files from your Google profile.
- User Content and Generated Designs: Text prompts, optional reference images, generated leotard concepts, and 3D previews stored in your private workspace.
- Balance and Transaction History: Generation allowance counts, usage records, and transaction IDs. Payment details (credit card numbers) are processed directly by the payment processor and are never stored by us.
- Essential Technical Cookies: We use only essential browser session tokens required for authentication. There are no third-party tracking or marketing analytics cookies.
3. Purposes of Processing and Subprocessors
Data is used solely to provide designer features, generate concepts, manage generation balances, and handle support inquiries. We rely on the following providers:
- Google Cloud / Firebase: Database (Firestore), authentication (Firebase Auth), secure asset storage (Cloud Storage), and hosting (App Hosting).
- Google Gemini API: Processing design prompts and generating/refining leotard concepts and 3D previews.
- Stripe: Secure payment processing.
- Resend: Transactional email delivery and support request routing.
4. Data Retention and Contact
